13-2430. SAME — LICENSED OPERATIONS. (A) SALES RESTRICTED. A HOLDER OF A WHOLESALER'S LICENSE MAY NOT SELL A TIP JAR PACKET TO A
PERSON WHO DOES NOT HAVE A TIP JAR LICENSE. (B) REQUIRED GAMING STICKER BEFORE SELLING A TIP JAR PACKET, A HOLDER OF A WHOLESALER'S LICENSE
SHALL: (1) OBTAIN A GAMING STICKER FROM THE AGENCY; AND (2) AFFIX THE GAMING STICKER TO THE TIP-JAR PACKET IN THE
MANNER THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS REQUIRE. (C) FEE LIMITATION. A HOLDER OF A WHOLESALER'S LICENSE MAY NOT CHARGE A FEE FOR A
GAMING STICKER TO A VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY OR A VOLUNTEER RESCUE
COMPANY. REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived without substantive
change from former Art. 27, § 255C(o). Defined terms: "Agency" § 13-2414 "County commissioners" § 13-2401

EFFECTIVE DATE. (B) LICENSE NONTRANSFERABLE. A WHOLESALER'S LICENSE IS NOT TRANSFERABLE. REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived without substantive
change from former Art. 27, § 255C(n). Defined term: "Wholesaler's license" § 13-2414 13-2432. LICENSEES SUBJECT TO AUDIT. (A) IN GENERAL.
THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY AUDIT RECORDS RELATING TO TIP JARS OF
A HOLDER OF A TIP JAR LICENSE OR WHOLESALER'S LICENSE.
