(Senate Bill 304)
AN ACT concerning
Annual Curative Bill
FOR the purpose of generally curing previous Acts of the General Assembly with
possible title or other defects; authorizing the State Board of Education or a
county board of education to enter into a certain partnership with the county's
circuit court judges to oversee the juvenile justice alternative education pilot
program; requiring the State Treasurer to manage, invest, and reinvest the
Maryland Health Care Trust in the same manner as State funds are invested;
providing for the effect and construction of certain provisions of this Act; making
this Act an emergency measure; and generally repealing and reenacting without
amendments certain Acts of the General Assembly that may be subject to
possible title or other defects in order to validate those Acts.
