13-1804. SAME — LICENSE REQUIRED.
A QUALIFIED ORGANIZATION THAT CONDUCTS BINGO IN THE COUNTY SHALL
BE LICENSED BY THE COUNTY UNDER THIS SUBTITLE.

change from former Art. 27, § 255B(a)(2)(ii).
Throughout this subtitle, the phrase "under this subtitle" is added for
clarity.
The former redundant phrase "[i]f operating the game of bingo" is deleted
as surplusage.

13-1805. SAME — QUALIFICATION OF APPLICANTS.
