applicant organization that the organization will file the report, in light of
the penalty for failing to file the report under § 13-1510(d) of this subtitle.
13-1510. REQUIREMENTS; PENALTY.
(A) UNLICENSED OPERATION.
AN ORGANIZATION MAY NOT CONDUCT A GAMING EVENT UNLESS THE
ORGANIZATION HAS ACQUIRED THE APPROPRIATE LICENSE.
(B) OBEYING LICENSE — ORGANIZATION.
AN ORGANIZATION SHALL OBEY THE TERMS OF A LICENSE.
(C) SAME — PERSON SIGNING APPLICATION.
EACH PERSON WHO SIGNED AN APPLICATION FOR A LICENSE SHALL OBEY THE
TERMS OF THE LICENSE.
(D) FILING REPORT.
A PERSON SHALL FILE THE REPORT REQUIRED UNDER § 13-1509 OF THIS
SUBTITLE.
(E) PENALTY.
A PERSON WHO VIOLATES THIS SECTION IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND
ON CONVICTION IS SUBJECT TO IMPRISONMENT NOT EXCEEDING 30 DAYS OR A FINE
NOT EXCEEDING $1,000 OR BOTH.
(F) SEPARATE VIOLATION.
EACH DAY THAT A GAMING EVENT IS OPERATED WITHOUT A LICENSE OR IN
VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE TERMS OF THE LICENSE IS A SEPARATE VIOLATION.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived without substantive
change from former Art. 27, § 254(h).
In subsection (d) of this section, the former reference to the "proper" report
is deleted as surplusage.
In subsection (f) of this section, the reference to the "appropriate" license is
substituted for the former reference to a "proper" license for clarity.

13-1511. DISQUALIFICATION.
(A) FAILURE TO REPORT.
