(B) DISTRIBUTE.
"DISTRIBUTE" MEANS TO:
(1) GIVE, SELL, DELIVER, DISPENSE, ISSUE, OR OFFER TO GIVE, SELL,
DELIVER, DISPENSE, OR ISSUE; OR
(2) CAUSE OR HIRE A PERSON TO GIVE, SELL, DELIVER, DISPENSE, ISSUE
OR OFFER TO GIVE, SELL, DELIVER, DISPENSE, OR ISSUE.

Defined term: "Person" § 1-101
(C) TOBACCO PRODUCT.
(1) "TOBACCO PRODUCT" MEANS A SUBSTANCE CONTAINING TOBACCO.
(2) "TOBACCO PRODUCT" INCLUDES CIGARETTES, CIGARS, SMOKING
TOBACCO, SNUFF, AND SMOKELESS TOBACCO.

substantive change from former Art. 27, § 404(a)(2).
(D) VENEREAL DISEASE.
"VENEREAL DISEASE" INCLUDES GONORRHEA, SYPHILIS, CHANCROID, AND ANY
DISEASED CONDITION OF THE HUMAN GENITALIA CAUSED BY, RELATED TO, OR
RESULTING FROM A VENEREAL DISEASE.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language derived without
substantive change from the first sentences of former Art. 27, §§ 322 and
323 as they related to a description of the covered diseases.
The former references to "any other venereal disease" are deleted in light
of the reference to "includes" which indicates that the three named types of
the disease are named by way of illustration and not by way of limitation.

10-102. VENEREAL DISEASE — ADVERTISING CURE.
(A) SCOPE OF SECTION.
THIS SECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO:
(1) A GOVERNMENT UNIT;
