Zoning Text Amendment No. 01-03
AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of:
- amending the definition of "Recycling Facility";
- defining "Construction Debris [[Recycling]] Reclamation Facility";
- providing for a Construction Debris [[Recycling]] Reclamation Facility in the
Rural Service zone as a permitted use; and,
- requiring a permit to operate a construction debris recycling facility
By amending the following section of the Montgomery County Zoning
Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:
