The Building Code of Baltimore County
FOR the purpose of adopting with certain amendments, deletions, and additions, the
ICC International Building Code, 2000 Edition; the ICC International
Residential Code, 2000 Edition, the ICC International Mechanical Code, 2000
Edition, and the ICC International Residential Energy Code, 2000 Edition, all
as the "Building Code of Baltimore County, Maryland"; and generally relating to
the building code.

AN ACT concerning
Baltimore County Code, 1998 - Eighteenth Enactment
FOR the purpose of enacting the Baltimore County Code, 1998 and adding one title to
the Baltimore County Code, to be designated and known as "Title
4. Development"; to revise, restate, renumber, and recodify the laws of the
County relating and pertaining to general powers and duties of various
departments and officers of the County, development plats, public and private
improvements, development and concept plans, hearing, appeals, and
reclamation of property; providing for the construction and application of this
Act; transferring certain provisions; defining certain terms; providing for a
contingent effective date of this Act; and generally relating to the laws of the
County.
