Subdivisions - Adequacy of Public Facilities for Schools
FOR the purpose of defining the term "service area" within the adequacy of facilities
provisions of the Subdivision Article and amending the school requirements
under the adequacy of facilities provisions of the Subdivision Article to comport
with the new definition.

establishing new special exemption criteria and parking requirements for
amusement parks; providing that variances are not allowed to the special
exception criteria for amusement parks; amending the special exception
requirements for commercial recreational facilities and certain racetracks;
