Zoning - Mixed Use Development Districts
FOR the purpose of creating MXD-R, MXD-C, MXD-E, and MXD-T Mixed Use
Development Districts; specifying the purpose and scope of MXD-Mixed Use
Development Districts; limiting the location of MXD-Mixed Use Development
Districts; providing for standard and optional methods of development;
regulating the alteration, reconstruction, expansion, and conversion of existing
development; requiring concept and final development plans; specifying
permitted and conditional uses; requiring certain combinations of uses;
establishing maximum residential densities, floor area ratios, and building
heights; regulating the sequence of development; establishing certain
requirements for development at the boundaries of MXD-Mixed Use
