THURMONT (Frederick County) Resolution Number: AN 00-1
Charter Amendment Number: C00-l RESOLUTION to the COMMISSIONERS OF THURMONT, Maryland, adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11-E of the Constitution of the State of Maryland,
Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 Edition as
amended, entitled "Municipal Corporation", to amend the Charter of Thurmont
effecting the approved revision of the corporate bounds (15.2595 acres of land, more or
less). [Pursuant to Sections C-1 and C-2 of the Charter of the Town of Thurmont,
Frederick County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2000 Supplement). Effective Date May 5, 2000]

Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2000 Supplement). Effective Date December 15, 2000]
UNIVERSITY PARK (Prince George's County) Legislative Resolution 01-04 Resolution of the Town of University Park, Maryland, pursuant to the authority
of Article XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, as amended, to amend certain provisions of the Charter
of the Town of University Park, by repealing and re-enacting Article III, Section 311,
"Enactment of Ordinances", of said Charter, to prescribe the procedure for
introduction of ordinances.
