SALISBURY
(Wicomico County) Resolution No. 759 A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situate contiguous to and
binding upon the Southerly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as
the "U.S. Route 13 North Annexation", being an area located on the Westerly Side of
U.S. Route 13, north of Naylor Mill Road between Lowe's and Staples (6.616 acres of
land, more or less). [Pursuant to Sections SC 1-1 and SC 1-2 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury,
Wicomico County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2000 Supplement). Effective Date June 7, 2001]

Charter Amendment A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SALISBURY TO
AMEND SECTION SC 7-35 AND SC 7-48 OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF
SALISBURY TO CONFORM TO THE STATE OF MARYLAND CHANGE IN
ASSESSED VALUATION OF REAL PROPERTY FROM 40% OF MARKET VALUE
TO 100% OF MARKET VALUE. [Sections SC 7-35 and SC 7-48 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2000 Supplement), repealed and reenacted,
with amendments. Effective Date August 28, 2001]
Resolution No. 784 A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury, of a certain area of land situate contiguous to and
binding upon the Southerly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as
the "Honeysuckle Drive - Thompson Property Annexation," being an area located on
the Northerly side of Honeysuckle Drive (1.413 acres of land, more or less). [Pursuant to Sections SC 1-1 and SC 1-2 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury,
Wicomico County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2000 Supplement).
Effective Date November 22, 2001]
