RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Council of the Town of Hurlock, Maryland,
adopted by the authority of Article HE of the Constitution of the State of Maryland
and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as
amended) entitled, "CORPORATIONS MUNICIPAL" to amend the Charter of the
Town of Hurlock, Maryland, (1976 Edition) by repealing Charter Amendment No.
1986-2, in its entirety, for the purpose of eliminating any discrepancy with Section
9-106, entitled "Payment for Water Service" of Article 1 of Chapter 9, entitled "Water
and Sewer" of the Town Code of Ordinance of the Town of Hurlock.
