Resolution No. 232 A RESOLUTION BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF HAVRE DE GRACE,
MARYLAND, ADOPTED PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF ARTICLE XI-E OF
THE CONSTITUTION OF MARYLAND AND THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 23A
OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND (1957 EDITION, 1998
REPLACEMENT VOLUME, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO) TITLED
"CORPORATIONS-MUNICIPAL;" TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF HAVRE DE
GRACE, MARYLAND, AMENDING SECTION 46 THEREOF BY DELETING ALL
REFERENCES TO THE TERM "CITY MANAGER" THEREIN, AND
SUBSTITUTING IN THEIR PLACE THE TERM "DIRECTOR OF
ADMINISTRATION" AND BY DELETING ALL REFERENCES TO THE TERM
"OFFICE OF THE CITY MANAGER" THEREIN, AND SUBSTITUTING IN THEIR
PLACE THE TERM "DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION." [Section 46 of the Charter of the City of Havre de Grace, Harford County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2000 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments. Effective Date March 30, 2002]
