BOUNDARY SHOWN ON THE "SWANN FARM ANNEXATION PLAT" DATED
OCTOBER, 2000, TAX MAP 26, BLOCK 20, PARCEL 45, LYING EAST OF THE
SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS MATTHEWSTOWN RUN, PHASE IV, CONSISTING OF
SEVENTY-NINE AND 14/1000 ACRES OF LAND, MORE OR LESS, AND TO

AGE FOR CANDIDATES FOR THE OFFICE OF COUNCILMEMBER TO
TWENTY-ONE YEARS.
