Annapolis MD 21401 Dear Mr. Speaker: In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the Maryland Constitution, I have today
vetoed House Bill 577 — Education - New Baltimore City Board of School
Commissioners - Bonds. This bill increases the maximum aggregate principal amount of bonds that the New
Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners may issue from $25 million to $75

accomplishes the same purpose. Therefore, it is not necessary for me to sign House
Bill 577. Sincerely, Parris N. Glendening
