SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments
452.
(a) It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to place or cause to be placed
upon any property of the State, county, city or town, or upon any property in which
the person or persons have no right, title, interest, or estate, any political poster,
placard, picture, sign, transparency, or advertisement.
(b) Any person or persons so doing shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not
more than $50 nor less than $10 and costs.
(c) The requirements of this section apply only in the following counties:
