of the remarriage, the employer or its insurer shall make payments to the surviving

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2002.

(House Bill 895)
AN ACT concerning
Natural Resources - Forest Mitigation Retention Banks - Pilot Program
FOR the purpose of requiring the Department of Natural Resources to establish a
certain forest mitigation retention bank pilot program in certain counties for a
certain period; requiring certain counties to administer the pilot program;
specifying the purpose certain goals of the pilot program; providing for a
committee to establish certain guidelines for the pilot program; providing for a
chairman of the committee; requiring a certain report by authorizing a
landowner to create a certain forest retention bank under certain circumstances;
requiring that certain terms or conditions apply under a certain circumstance;
requiring a certain rate of mitigation credit; requiring the Department to
conduct a certain inspection, to evaluate the pilot program, and to report to
certain persons on or before a certain date; and generally relating to a certain
pilot program regarding certain forest mitigation retention banks.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, adding to
Article - Natural Resources
Section 5-1610.1 5-1610.2
