REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsections (a)(1) and (b) through (f) of this section are new

Subsection (a)(2) and (3) of this section is new language added to state

(2) ADDED TO SCHEDULE III BY THE DEPARTMENT UNDER § 5-202(B) OF
THIS TITLE; OR
(3) DESIGNATED AS A SCHEDULE III CONTROLLED DANGEROUS
SUBSTANCE BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT UNLESS THE DEPARTMENT OBJECTS
UNDER § 5-202(F) OF THIS TITLE.
(B) NALORPHINE AND ANABOLIC STEROID.
(1) SUBSTANCES LISTED IN SCHEDULE III INCLUDE:
(I) NALORPHINE; AND
