(House Bill 339)
AN ACT concerning
Commuter Benefits Act 2002
FOR the purpose of altering the maximum tax credit per employee that a business
entity may claim for certain costs of providing certain commuter benefits to the
business entity's employees; requiring the Secretary of the Environment in
consultation with the Secretary of Transportation to include a certain tax credit
in a certain State plan; requiring the Department of the Environment and the
Department of Transportation to implement a certain marketing plan and to
submit a certain report by a certain date; providing for the application of this
Act; and generally relating to certain tax credits for employer-provided
commuter benefits.
