Ch. 491 2002 LAWS OF MARYLAND.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: Article - Transportation 21-1003. (u) A person may not stop, stand, or park a vehicle unless for the use of an
individual with a disability, in a space or zone marked as restricted for the use of
individuals with disabilities. 21-1004. (F) A NEW SIGN ERECTED AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2002 A SIGN DESIGNATING THAT
DESIGNATES A PARKING SPACE OR ZONE FOR THE USE OF INDIVIDUALS WITH
DISABILITIES SHALL CLEARLY STATE THE. MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF THE FINE TO
WHICH A PERSON IS SUBJECT FOR PARKING A VEHICLE IN THE PARKING SPACE OR
ZONE IN VIOLATION OF § 21-1003(U) OF THIS SUBTITLE. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2002. Approved May 16, 2002.
