(Senate Bill 580)
AN ACT concerning
State Board of Docking Masters
FOR the purpose of altering the membership of the State Board of Docking Masters;
establishing a trainee docking master program; authorizing the Board to issue
certain limited docking master licenses; establishing certain limited license
qualifications and fees; altering the heading provisions for certain disciplinary
actions by the Board; authorizing the Board to impose certain civil penalties;
defining certain terms; and generally relating to the State Board of Docking
Masters.

"Subtitle 4. Licensing"; 5.5-501 through 5.5-505 and the subtitle "Subtitle
5. Employment and Payment of Docking Masters"; 5.5-601 through
5.5-603 and the subtitle "Subtitle 6. Prohibited Acts; Penalties"; 5.5-701
and 5.5-702 and the subtitle "Subtitle 7, Short Title; Termination of Title",
