SECTION 26. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That:
(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, for fiscal year 2002 only,
$953,000 of the funds in the Dedicated Purpose Fund of the State Reserve Fund
established under § 7-310 of the State Finance and Procurement Article which
constitute funds that were appropriated in the fiscal year 2002 budget for the Wilson
Bridge and the Metrorail Extension from Addison Road to Largo Town Center may be
transferred by approved budget amendment to the appropriate administering agency
for the following purposes:
