Proposal for third-party administration
services a provision that includes the
401(k) Transfer Plan under such
third-party administration and that the
agency transfer responsibility to such
administrator no later than January 1,
2003, and that as of January 1, 2003, the
board delete two positions associated with
administration of the 401(k) Transfer
Plan and reduce other administrative
