ED00.01 Administration and Operations
Special Fund Appropriation, provided that
this appropriation may not be increased
by budget amendment or otherwise except
for increases in instant ticket printing,
freight costs, and vendor fees, when sales
exceed projections upon which the budget
is based.
Further provided that no part of this
appropriation may be used for the
implementation of a new lottery game
until the Legislative Policy Committee
has had 45 days to review and consider
the implementation of the new lottery
game.

appropriation is contingent upon the
State Lottery notifying the budget
committees that the lottery has officially
