SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 12-102.1 of Article - Family Law of the Annotated Code
of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s) 12-102.2.
SECTION 1. 2. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of Maryland read as
follows:
Article - Health - General
19-706.
(h) The provisions of §§ 15-401, 15-402, 15-403, [and] 15-403.1, AND
15-405 of the Insurance Article shall apply to health maintenance organizations.
