AN ACT concerning
Private Detectives - Bounty Hunters Fugitives from Justice
FOR the purpose of altering the scope of providing private detective services to
include conducting an investigation to locate or apprehend a fugitive from
justice, unless the person conducting the investigation is a property bail
bondsman or licensed by the Insurance Commissioner of the State or a similar
licensing body of another state as a bail bondsman or is an employee of a certain
employees or agents of a property bail bondsman or licensed bail bondsman; and
generally relating to private detectives and bounty hunters fugitives from
justice.
