13-320. FORMS.
THE STATE BOARD SHALL PRESCRIBE THE FORMS FOR THE CAMPAIGN
FINANCE REPORTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY THIS SUBTITLE.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived without substantive
change from former Art. 33, § 13-402(a).
The defined term "campaign finance report[s]" is substituted for the
former reference to the '"Report or Statement of Campaign and Election
Contributions and Expenditures' and the 'Schedule of Receipts and
Disbursements'" for consistency within this subtitle. The reference to
"other documents required by this subtitle" is added for clarity.
