Ch. 285 2002 LAWS OF MARYLAND

CHAPTER 285
(House Bill 1444) AN ACT concerning State Employees - Leave Provisions FOR the purpose of altering the number of days employees are entitled to
compensation for unused compensatory leave; and
authorizing the Secretary of
Budget and Management to grant certain leave from the State Employees'
Leave Bank to certain employees who have been ordered into active military
service on or after a certain date; authorizing the Secretary of Budget and
Management to provide in regulation for leave with pay for certain employees on
active military duty; requiring the Department of Budget and Management to
report to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before a certain date;
providing for the termination of certain provisions of this Act; and generally
relating to leave for State employees. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
