(House Bill 1194)
AN ACT concerning
Criminal Law - Sexual Abuse of a Minor
FOR the purpose of establishing the crime of sexual abuse of a minor, subject to
certain penalties; altering the definition of "abuse" for purposes of child abuse;
providing for registration of a violator of this Act as a child sexual offender;
defining certain terms; correcting certain cross-references including sexual
abuse of a minor and child abuse in the Annotated Code; and generally relating
to sexual abuse of a minor and child abuse.
