the Acts of the General Assembly of 1998) BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, and transferring to the Session
Laws Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments Section 281(i) and 302(a) through (c), inclusive Annotated Code of Maryland (1996 Replacement Volume and 2001 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
