(5) EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED UNDER STATE LAW, THE
MARYLAND JUSTICE ANALYSIS CENTER MAY NOT DISSEMINATE CRIMINAL HISTORY
RECORD INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM THE CENTRAL REPOSITORY [(5)] (6) By June 30 and December 31 of each year, the Maryland Justice
Analysis Center shall report to the Governor, and, subject to § 2-1246 of the State
Government Article, the General Assembly, on the results of its research, evaluation,
and statistical analysis. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2002. Approved April 25, 2002.
CHAPTER 253
(House Bill 948) AN ACT concerning Prince George's County - Roadside Solicitation - Minors Children PG 418-02 FOR the purpose of prohibiting a minor child under a certain age in Prince George's
County from standing in a roadway, median divider, or intersection to solicit
money or donations of any kind from the occupant of a vehicle; prohibiting an
adult in Prince George's County from causing, encouraging, allowing, or
petitioning a minor certain child to stand in a roadway, median divider, or
intersection to solicit money or donations of any kind from the occupant of a
vehicle; providing a certain exception to finding a minor certain child guilty or
adjudicating a minor certain child as delinquent for a violation of this Act; and
generally relating to roadside solicitation in Prince George's County. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 21-507
Annotated Code of Maryland (1999 Replacement Volume and 2001 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: Article - Transportation 21-507. (a) Except for the occupant of a disabled vehicle who seeks the aid of another
vehicle, a person may not stand in a roadway to solicit a ride, employment, or
business from the occupant of any vehicle.
