C. IS LICENSED BY THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, LICENSURE AND REGULATORY DIVISION; AND
2. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION IN THIS
ARTICLE, THE ONLY HOURS DURING WHICH THE PRIVILEGES CONFERRED BY A
LICENSE ISSUED UNDER THIS SUBPARAGRAPH MAY BE EXERCISED ARE FROM 11 A.M.
TO 11 P.M.; AND
(III) PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS MAY NOT ATTEND THE
ENTERTAINMENT FOR WHICH THE ONE DAY SPECIAL CLASS C BEER, WINE AND
LIQUOR LICENSE AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PARAGRAPH IS ISSUED, UNLESS THE
PERSON IS EMPLOYED BY THE LICENSEE TO HELP CONDUCT THE ENTERTAINMENT.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 2002.
