(6) If an application for transfer is filed and pending with the Board of
License Commissioners which meets the residency requirements provided for in §
9-101 of this article, the license shall be renewed for the 1985-1986 renewal period.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2002.

(House Bill 724)
AN ACT concerning
Montgomery County - Alcoholic Beverages - Special Class B-BWL
(Performing Arts Facility) License
MC 201-02
FOR the purpose of creating the in Montgomery County a special Class B-BWL
(performing arts facility) beer, wine, and liquor license; establishing privileges
and prohibitions under the license; establishing the hours and days for sale
under the license; establishing that the Board of License Commissioners may
issue the license to apply only to a facility that meets certain criteria;
establishing that the Board may issue the license only for use by certain
persons; authorizing the Board to impose certain conditions on the issuance or
renewal of the license; prohibiting the Board from approving the transfer of the
license to another location; establishing a certain annual fee for the license;
defining a certain term; and generally relating to the creation of the
Montgomery County a special Class B-BWL (performing arts facility) beer,
wine, and liquor license.
