(II) THE PARTIES SHALL EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
INCORPORATING THE FINAL AGREEMENT, INCLUDING ARBITRATION AWARDS AND
ALL ISSUES AGREED TO UNDER THIS SECTION. (8) THE COMMISSION AND THE EMPLOYEE ORGANIZATION SHALL
SHARE EQUALLY IN PAYING THE COSTS OF THE ARBITRATOR'S SERVICES. (o) (2) Unless the Commission's budget is funded adequately so as to
[implement]APPROVE the terms of the collective bargaining agreement, the
Commission [or an) AND THE employee organization, within [20] 5 days after [final
budget action, may give written notice to the other party that it is reopening] THE
MONTGOMERY COUNTY COUNCIL MEETING FINAL BUDGET OF THE HOUSING
OPPORTUNITIES COMMISSION HAS BEEN ADOPTED, SHALL REOPEN the negotiated
agreement AND BARGAIN WITH RESPECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE AGREEMENT
NOT APPROVED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL COMMISSION. (p) If a provision in a collective bargaining agreement is ruled invalid or is not
funded adequately, the remainder of the agreement remains in effect unless reopened
under subsection [(n)(2)] (O)(2) of this section. SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2002 and shall apply to all bargaining cycles that begin after the effective
date of this Act. Approved April 25, 2002.

(House Bill 714) AN ACT concerning Unemployment Insurance - Maximum Benefit FOR the purpose of increasing the maximum weekly unemployment insurance
benefit amount; providing for the application of this Act; altering the amount of
wages used to compute a claimant's weekly benefit amount for partial benefits;
making this Act subject to a certain contingency; providing for a delayed
effective date; and generally relating to unemployment insurance benefits. BY repealing, and reenacting, without amendments,
