(2) A SCHOOL BUS ENDORSEMENT AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS
SUBSECTION IS ALSO AN ENDORSEMENT FOR VEHICLES DESIGNED TO TRANSPORT
16 OR MORE PASSENGERS INCLUDING THE DRIVER (PASSENGER VEHICLES).
16-816.
(a) An individual may not drive a school vehicle (school bus) on any highway
in this State unless the individual:
(1) Passes an appropriate medical examination; and
(2) Has FOR DRIVING A SCHOOL BUS, HAS been issued a commercial
driver's license endorsed [passenger vehicle] SCHOOL BUS.
(b) With the advice of the State Department of Education, the Administration
may adopt regulations concerning the qualifications of school vehicle drivers.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall be
construed prospectively to apply only to individuals applying for a commercial driver's
license to drive a school bus on or after the effective date of this Act.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect October 1, 2002.

(House Bill 340)
AN ACT concerning
Indecency and Obscenity - Prohibition on Performances - Allegany County
FOR the purpose of including Allegany County in the counties in which it is a
misdemeanor for a person to give, direct, or perform a live obscene performance
in the presence of individuals who have paid consideration to observe the
performance, or for certain persons knowingly to permit the live obscene
performance in certain promises participate in a certain manner in certain
obscene live performances or for certain persons associated with certain
premises to allow or assent to the use of the premises for certain live obscene
performances under certain circumstances; making this Act an emergency
measure; and generally relating to the prohibition against obscene performances
in certain counties.
