(ii) a member, officer, or employee of the General Assembly has an
official office; or
(iii) a committee of the General Assembly, the Senate, or the House
has an office.
Article - Tax - General
4-103.
(b) The admissions and amusement tax may not. be imposed by a county or
municipal corporation on gross receipts:
(3) derived from any charge for admission to or use of:
(i) a facility or equipment in connection with a bingo game that is
operated in accordance with [Article 27, § 260 of the Code] $ 13-507 OF THE CRIMINAL
LAW ARTICLE;

(b) (1) A county, municipal corporation, special taxing district, or other
political subdivision of the State may not impose any retail sales' or use tax except:
(ii) a tax on the sale or use of:
4. any controlled dangerous substance, as defined in [Article
27, § 277 of the Code] § 5-101 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE, unless the sale is
made by a person who registers under and complies with [Article 27, § 281 of the
Code] TITLE 5, SUBTITLE 3 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE; or

6-102.1.
(a) (3) "Drug" means:
(i) A controlled dangerous substance as defined in [Article 27 of
the Code] § 5-101 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE; and
(ii) A prescription drug as defined in § 21-201 of the Health -
General Article, to the extent that the drug affects job performance and worker safety
at a marine facility.
13-705.1.
(a) If a person is convicted of driving or attempting to drive a motor vehicle
while the driver's license of the person is suspended or revoked for a violation of §
21-902 or § 16-205.1 of this article or [Article 27, § 388A or § 388B of the Code]
TITLE 2, SUBTITLE 5 OR § 3-211 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE, the Administration
may, after a hearing, suspend, for not more than 120 days, the registration of the
motor vehicle.
(b) The Administration may not suspend the registration of the motor vehicle
if:
