(IX) § 8A-1 OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF TALBOT COUNTY. Article - Labor and Employment 9-506. (d) (2) (i) Except as provided in subparagraph (ii) of this paragraph, a
covered employee or dependent of a covered employee is not entitled to compensation
or benefits under this title, except for medical benefits under §§ 9-660 and 9-661 of
this title, as a result of an accidental personal injury, compensable hernia, or
occupational disease, if the primary cause of the accidental personal injury,
compensable hernia, or occupational disease was the effect on the covered employee of
a controlled dangerous substance defined IN § 5-101 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE
or listed [under Article 27, § 277 or § 279 of the Code] IN TITLE 5, SUBTITLE 4 OF THE
CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE. 9-1106; (b) A person who violates this section, on conviction: (1) is subject to the penalties [under Article 27, § 342 of the Code] OF § 7- 104 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE; and (2) may not receive compensation, fees, or expenses under this title. Article - Natural Resources 4-11A-15. (a) (2) The Department shall request the office of the local State's Attorney
to bring a criminal action under [Article 27, § 342 of the Code] § 7-104 OF THE
CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE against a person found to be in violation of this subsection. 4- 1207. (b) (1) A court may suspend for not more than 1 year a fishing license of a
person who is convicted of violating [Article 27, § 577(a)(1) of the Code] § 6-402 OF
THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE while carrying a fishing rod or net for the purpose of
fishing. (2) When a person not holding a fishing license is convicted of violating
[Article 27, § 577(a)(1) of the Code] § 6-402 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE while
carrying a fishing rod or net for the purpose of fishing, the court may order that the
person not obtain a fishing license for a period of not more than 1 year. 5- 209. (e) The Department shall adopt regulations that prescribe the type and color
of paint to be used for posting private property under [Article 27, § 577(a)(1) of the
Code] § 6-402 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE. 8-738.
(a) A person may not operate or attempt to operate a vessel while the person:
