worn, carried, transported, or used in violation of [Article 27, § 36B of the Code] §
4-203 OR § 4-204 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE, and whether the owner is qualified
to possess the handgun. 13- 204. (a) (1) On timely receipt of an application, the seizing authority shall hold
an informal review to determine whether the owner knew or should have known of
the use or intended use of a handgun that is seized in violation of [Article 27, § 36B
of the Code] § 4-203 OR § 4-204 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE. Article - Education 4-124. (b) The signs shall be designed in order to provide notice of the provisions of
[Article 27, § 286D of the Code] § 5-627 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE. 6- 113. The State Board shall adopt regulations that prohibit a county board from
knowingly hiring, as a noncertificated employee, any individual who has been
convicted of a crime involving: (1) An offense under [Article 27, § 464B of the Code] § 3-307 OF THE
CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE; (2) Child sexual abuse as defined in [Article 27, § 35C(a)(2)(ii) and (6) of
the Code] § 3-601(A)(2)(II) AND (5) OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE, or an offense
under the laws of another state that would constitute child sexual abuse as defined in
[Article 27, § 35C(a)(2)(ii) and (6) of the Code] § 3-601(A)(2)(II) AND (5) OF THE
CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE if committed in this State; or (3) A crime of violence as defined in [Article 27, § 643B of the Code] § 14- 101 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE, or an offense under the laws of another state
that would be a violation of [Article 27, § 643B of the Code] § 14-101 OF THE
CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE if committed in this State. 7- 303. (a) (5) "Reportable offense" means: (i) A crime of violence, as defined in [Article 27, § 643B of the
Code] § 14-101 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE; (ii) Any of the offenses enumerated in § 3-8A-03(d)(4) of the Courts Article; (iii) A violation of [Article 27, § 36, § 36A, or § 36B of the Code] §
4-101, § 4-102, § 4-203, OR § 4-204 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE; (iv) A violation of [Article 27, § 286, § 286A, § 286B, § 286C, or §
286D of the Code) §§ 5-602 THROUGH 5-609, §§ 5-612 THROUGH 5-614, § 5-617, § 5-618,
§ 5-627, OR § 5-628 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE; or
