(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of the felony of burglary with
[explosives] DESTRUCTIVE DEVICE and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not
exceeding 20 years.

(a) This section applies to a person who is entrusted with money as an
advance against grain or other merchandise:
(2) for which a certificate or receipt has been delivered to an official of
the elevator storage facility or to the party with whom the grain or other merchandise
is stored for shipment and transport [from Baltimore City] to the purchaser.

care, the payment of all or a part of which is or may be made from federal or State
funds under a State health plan, by:
(1) fraud, deceit, [misrepresentation] FALSE REPRESENTATION, or
concealment;
