Criminal Justice Information Advisory Board - Membership
FOR the purpose of adding members to the Criminal Justice Information Advisory
Board; making stylistic changes; and generally relating to the membership of
the Criminal Justice Information Advisory Board.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article - Criminal Procedure
10-207.
(a) There is a Criminal Justice Information Advisory Board.
(b) The Advisory Board is in the Department for administrative and
budgetary purposes only.
10-208.
(a) The Advisory Board consists of the following [18] 21 22 members:
(1) one member of the Senate appointed by the President;
(2) one member of the House of Delegates appointed by the Speaker;
(3) three members from the Judicial Branch of State government
appointed by the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals;
(4) the Executive Director of the Governor's Office of Crime Control and
Prevention;

(5) three members recommended by the Secretary;

|
