(b) The Secretary shall adopt regulations for the enrollment and participation
of employees of a qualifying not-for-profit organization to participate in the Program
as a satellite organization.
(c) A qualifying not-for-profit organization that participates in the Program
as a satellite organization shall:
(1) pay to the State:
(i) a premium in the amount determined by the Secretary; and
(ii) any costs, as determined by the Secretary, for the
administration of this Program; and
(2) determine the extent to which the organization will subsidize
participation by its employees in the Program.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2002. It shall remain effective for a period of 2 years and, at the end of
September 30, 2004, with no further action required by the General Assembly, this
Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.

Composition
FOR the purpose of altering the composition of the Prince George's County
Democratic Party Central Committee; providing for the termination of certain
provisions of this Act; providing for the effective date of certain provisions of this
Act; and generally relating to the composition of the Prince George's County
Democratic Party Central Committee.
