THIS APPENDIX SHALL BE KNOWN AND MAY BE CITED AS THE HILLSBORO
URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY FOR SLUM CLEARANCE ACT.
A1-114. AUTHORITY TO AMEND OR REPEAL.
THIS APPENDIX, ENACTED PURSUANT TO ARTICLE III, SECTION 61 OF THE
CONSTITUTION OF MARYLAND, MAY BE AMENDED OR REPEALED ONLY BY THE
GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2002.

(Senate Bill 718)
AN ACT concerning
Maryland State Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators -
Sunset Extension and Program Evaluation
FOR the purpose of continuing the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Nursing
Home Administrators in accordance with the provisions of the Maryland
Program Evaluation Act (Sunset Law) by extending to a certain date the
termination provisions relating to the statutory and regulatory authority of the
Board; extending the statute of limitations for the prosecution of certain offenses
under the Health Occupations Article; expanding the definition of unauthorized
practice; requiring that an evaluation of the Board and the statutes and
regulations that relate to the Board be performed on or before a certain date;
requiring the Board to submit certain reports on or before certain dates; and
generally relating to the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Nursing Home
Administrators.
