the termination of the program on a certain date; requiring the Secretary to
provide certain notice to the Department of Legislative. Services within a certain

a certain date; repealing a certain provision of law prohibiting a certain
commission from eliminating or adjusting a certain differential; repealing
certain termination provisions; defining certain terms; providing for a delayed
effective date for certain provisions of this Act; and generally relating to health
benefits for medically uninsurable and underinsured individuals.
