(Senate Bill 125)
AN ACT concerning
Licensing and Regulation of Security Systems Technicians - Sunset
Extension and Program Evaluation
FOR the purpose of continuing the licensing and regulation of security systems
technicians in accordance with the provisions of the Maryland Program
Evaluation Act (Sunset Law) by extending to a certain date the termination
provisions relating to the statutory and regulatory authority of the Secretary of
the State Police to license and regulate security systems technicians; and
requiring that an evaluation of the licensing and regulation of security systems
technicians and the statutes and regulations that relate to the licensing and
regulation of security systems technicians be performed on or before a certain
date.
