(5)] examine government contracting policies and procedures; and
[(6)] (5) provide information on entrepreneurial government activities
and offer procedural and implementation assistance.
9-1811.
Unless otherwise extended by law and without any further action required by
the General Assembly, the Council shall terminate its existence by [June 30, 2002]
JULY 1, 2007.
9-1812.
On or before [August] OCTOBER 30 of each year in and after [1997] 2002, the
Council shall submit a report concerning its activities and recommendations to:
(1) the Governor;
(2) the Legislative Policy Committee; and
(3) subject to § 2-1246 of this article, the General Assembly.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the terms of the
members serving on the Council on Management and Productivity on May 31, 2002
shall expire on June 1, 2002. The terms of the members of the Council on
Management and Productivity beginning June 1, 2002 shall expire as follows:
(a) six members in 2003;
(b) six members in 2004; and
(c) seven members in 2005.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 2002.

(Senate Bill 105)
AN ACT concerning
Retirement and Pension Systems - Baltimore City Community College -
Nonfaculty Employees
FOR the purpose of authorizing certain employees of the Baltimore City Community
College who are members of the Teachers' Pension System to transfer to the
Employees' Pension System under certain conditions; and generally relating to
eligibility for membership in the Employees' Pension System and Teachers'
Pension System for certain employees of the Baltimore City Community College.
