AN ACT concerning
Charles County - Port Tobacco Players Theater Loan of 2000
FOR the purpose of amending Chapter 543 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
2000, the Charles County - Port Tobacco Players Theater Loan of 2000, to alter
the date by which the grantee is required to provide and expend a matching
fund, from June 1, 2002 to June 1, 2004 and to allow the grantee to provide a
matching fund that may consist of funds expended prior to June 1, 2000, real
property, and in kind contributions; and generally relating to the Charles
County - Port Tobacco Players Theater Loan of 2000.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Chapter 543 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2000
