AN ACT concerning
Caroline County - Alcoholic Beverages - Golf Course Licenses
FOR the purpose of establishing in Caroline County a certain golf course alcoholic
beverages license; establishing the terms, conditions, and fee for the golf course
alcoholic beverages license and the hours and days allowed for the sale of
alcoholic beverages under the license; and generally relating to alcoholic
beverages in Caroline County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
8-507.1.
(A) THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY IN CAROLINE COUNTY.
(B) THERE IS A CLASS GC 7-DAY (GOLF COURSE) BEER WINE AND LIQUOR
LICENSE.
(C) THE LICENSE MAY BE ISSUED TO A GOLF COURSE OR ORGANIZATION
THAT:
(1) IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC;
(2) IS OPERATED FOR PROFIT;
(3) OWNS REAL ESTATE IN THE COUNTY; AND
(4) HAS A GOLF COURSE WITH A MINIMUM OF 18 HOLES.
(D) THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE IS $1,600.
