SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take

AN ACT concerning
Frederick County - Alcoholic Beverages - Class B Licenses in Middletown
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Board of License Commissioners for Frederick
County to issue certain Class B (on-sale) alcoholic beverages licenses within the
municipal boundaries of the municipal corporation of Middletown if a certain
condition is met; making certain stylistic changes; and generally relating to
alcoholic beverages licenses in Frederick County.
