(4) The Board may not issue more than 30 additional Class H licenses
under this subsection.
(5) The Anne Arundel County Board of License Commissioners shall
adopt regulations [to]:
(I) TO carry out this subsection; AND
(II) THAT DEFINE "DIRECT OWNERSHIP INTEREST" FOR THE
PURPOSES OF PARAGRAPH (3) OF THIS SUBSECTION.
(6) The Anne Arundel County Economic Development Corporation, in
consultation with the Board of License Commissioners for Anne Arundel County:
(i) Shall conduct a comprehensive study of the impact of this
subsection on the economy of Anne Arundel County; and
(ii) On or before January 1, 2006, shall submit its findings and
recommendations to the Anne Arundel County House Delegation, the Anne Arundel
County Senate Delegation, the County Executive for Anne Arundel County, and the
Anne Arundel County Council.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 2002.

AN ACT concerning
Worcester County - Ocean City Visitors and Information Center Loan of 2000
FOR the purpose of altering the date by which the grantee is required to provide and
expend a matching fund in Chapter 641 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
2000, the Worcester County - Ocean City Visitors and Information Center Loan
of 2000, from June 1, 2002 to June 1, 2003 2004; and generally relating to the
Worcester County - Ocean City Visitors and Information Center Loan of 2000.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Chapter 641 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2000

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
