(III) DISTRIBUTED IN THE STATE AT THE TIME THE APPLICATION IS FILED; (2) AT RETAIL FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR OFF THE LICENSED PREMISES
ON THE DAYS AND FOR THE HOURS DESIGNATED FOR THE FESTIVAL; AND (3) THAT IS MANUFACTURED AND PROCESSED IN ANY STATE AT RETAIL
FOR CONSUMPTION OFF THE LICENSED PREMISES ON THE DAYS AND HOURS
DESIGNATED FOR THE FESTIVAL. (D) THE LICENSE FEE IS $15. (E) THIS SECTION DOES NOT PROHIBIT THE LICENSEE HOLDER OF A SPECIAL
WF LICENSE FROM HOLDING ANOTHER ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES LICENSE OF A
DIFFERENT CLASS OR NATURE. (F) THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BOARD OF ST. MARYS COUNTY: (1) SHALL APPROVE ONE WEEKEND ANNUALLY FOR THE WINE
FESTIVAL; AND (2) SHALL APPROVE A LOCATION IN ST. MARYS COUNTY FOR THIS
FESTIVAL THAT DOES IS NOT HOLD AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES LICENSE LICENSED
UNDER THIS ARTICLE; AND (3) SHALL ENSURE THAT THE PRIMARY FOCUS OF THE FESTIVAL IS THE
PROMOTION OF MARYLAND WINE. (G) THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BOARD OF ST. MARY'S COUNTY SHALL ADOPT
REGULATIONS FOR CARRYING OUT THIS SECTION. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 2002. Approved April 9, 2002.

(House Bill 146) AN ACT concerning Anne Arundel County - Alcoholic Beverages - Multiple Licenses FOR the purpose of repealing a provision that prohibits the Anne Arundel County
Board of License Commissioners from issuing alcoholic beverages licenses, other
than certain licenses, to certain restaurant franchisees; establishing that
certain Class B alcoholic beverages licensees are eligible for certain additional
licenses under certain circumstances; establishing that holders of certain Class
B or Class H alcoholic beverages licenses that apply to restaurants located in
certain areas are eligible for certain additional licenses; clarifying that a
